01The short version
This website sets no cookies
We do not use cookies, and we do not run analytics, advertising, retargeting or fingerprinting technology of any kind. There is nothing here that tracks you across other websites.
What the site does use is your browser’s local and session storage, for five functional purposes such as remembering your colour theme and saving an unsent proposal draft. Those are listed in full below. This information stays in your browser — it is not transmitted to us and not shared with anyone.

All five items are strictly necessary or directly requested by you: they either remember a preference you set, or prevent you from losing work you have typed. None of them profile you or follow you to other sites.
Your saved proposal draft contains what you typed
If you start the proposal wizard, your answers — which may include your name, work email, phone number and company — are saved in your own browser so a refresh does not lose them. They are only sent to us when you submit the form. On a shared or public computer, clear your browser data when you are finished.
04Third-party requests
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those files, your IP address and user-agent are disclosed to Google, and Google’s own terms apply to that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies for this purpose.
No other third-party service is contacted when you browse this site. When you submit a form, your submission is sent to our own server and stored in our database, as described in the Privacy Policy.
05Managing and clearing this storage
- Use the preferences panel on this site to change or withdraw your choices at any time.
- Clear browser storage for this site through your browser settings — usually under Privacy, then site data or site settings.
- Browsing in a private or incognito window discards everything when you close it.
- Blocking storage entirely will not stop the site working, but the site will forget your theme and will not be able to save a proposal draft.
06Changes to this policy
If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential storage, we will update this page, list the new items in the table above, and ask for your consent before it is used. The version number and effective date above tell you which version applies.
