Terms of Service

The terms on which you may use this website, and how they relate to any engagement you subsequently enter into with Algora Systems.

Version 2.0Effective 4 September 2026Last updated 4 September 2026

01These terms

This website is operated by [Registered legal entity name], trading as Algora Systems, registered in India under company number [Company registration number], with its registered office at [Registered office address].

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

02What these terms govern

These terms cover the website, not the work

Any project we undertake for you is governed by a separate written agreement — typically a master services agreement and a statement of work. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for everything relating to the engagement.

Nothing on this website creates a professional, advisory or contractual relationship between us on its own.

03Proposals, estimates and indicative figures

The proposal wizard produces an indicative outline based on the answers you provide. It is not a quotation, an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to deliver at any particular price or date.

Budget brackets, timelines, delivery phases and architecture summaries shown on this site are illustrative planning aids. A binding scope, price and schedule are set only in a signed statement of work following a technical discovery process.

Reference numbers issued on submission confirm receipt of your enquiry. They do not confirm acceptance of any engagement.

04Accuracy of website content

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Case studies, metrics, capability descriptions and articles are provided for general information and describe past or illustrative work. They are not a prediction or guarantee of results in your circumstances.

Technical articles and insights published on this site are general commentary, not advice for a specific situation. Do not act on them without appropriate professional input.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms.
  • Submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or containing malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or harvest content, or to place a disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
  • Circumvent rate limiting, filtering, or any other protective measure.

We may restrict or withdraw access to the site where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

06Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, code and the Algora Systems name and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or use our content commercially, or remove any proprietary notices, without our prior written consent.

Ownership of any work we produce for you under an engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by these terms. Third-party names and marks appearing on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

07Information you send us

You confirm that information you submit is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that doing so does not breach any obligation you owe to a third party.

We treat commercially sensitive details of your enquiry as confidential and use them only to evaluate and respond to it. However, until a confidentiality agreement is in place, please do not send us anything you consider genuinely confidential. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

09Availability

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, including maintenance, without notice. Service levels for systems we operate for clients are set out in the relevant engagement agreement, not here.

10Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that are not expressly set out in these terms, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use this website.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to [INR / USD amount — confirm with counsel]. Liability in connection with a paid engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, damages and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules.

The courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections in that country continue to apply.

Before commencing formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

14General

  • If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a successor entity.
  • These terms do not create any rights for third parties.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date above tell you which version applies; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
